Some of the questions we are asked frequently:

Do you meet with us before our wedding or event?

Yes, we will meet with you as many times as needed to ensure the planning process goes smoothly and that your special day is... special! We will schedule a meeting 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure we capture and finalize all of the necessary details including the order of events, timeline, playlist and song selection, itinerary and pronunciation of names for the bridal party, special guests and parents.

Do we get to pick the songs you play?

We like our couples to provide us with a list of the songs you like as well as songs your guests will enjoy. This list will be embedded into our mixes throughout the event. We are also open to you creating a "do not play" list which keeps us informed of songs you prefer not to be heard at your reception or event.

Can my guests make requests?

Absolutely! We are open to your guests making requests during the event which makes the event even more enjoyable. We bring a database of thousands of songs and have access to more that we can download in real-time (if internet access is available).

Do you have a backup DJ available in case the unthinkable happens?

404 DJ's is a team of three with an additional two DJ's as backups in a scenario where the unthinkable happens (someone get's sick or there is an accident).

Can we change the order of events or customize it on the fly?

We can handle changes to your order of events or itinerary in most situations. We understand that things don't always go as planned; we'll follow your lead; it's your day and we'll do the best we can to ensure it's a great experience for you and your guests.
